Posted on Oct 20, AM. I genuinely, finally found the issue. Listen up boys and girls.. This another bug. Thanks apple. Either way, select Always Require at the top, authenticate if it asks, then select Require After 15 Minutes. And then authenticate again. Sometime two or three times.
