Borderlands 3 season pass ps4 wont download

I downloaded a lot and am missing certain things I feel like I should have. Though it might just be the emotes and stuff. I bought the super deluxe edition yesterday and everything downloaded just fine. I tried redownloading my season pass and the page keeps refreshing.

This is really frustrating and I would like some sort of answer or solution gearbox. The season pass is what will unlock the playable DLC when it drops over the next several months.
